How I can design my custom jframe according to user requirements in JAVA Net Beans ?

I think by creating jframe using netbeans adds its own code for jframes and calls some super class contructor. You can try removing that code and check.

1- create JFrame Container.

2- Adding Components to the form.

3- Sizing components.

4- Components alignment.
