Teachers are the one who build future generations. How can you substantiate it as we live in the modern technological world?

We can therefore support the Teachers by updating them what is the new technologies that can be use for their profession, How? by giving each Teacher a Refresher Course of Studies,

why? some teachers are veterans that they are not even aware how to use simply a computer, some where just freshly graduate teachers that so hyper tech savvy and most of the time veteran teachers and rookies had some arguments in terms of New Technology usage.

In that way all Teachers will be aware and can use the New Technology for teaching, it is not by force that they have to use but they should be encourage and give proper answers if they doubts.

With these proper Refresher Course means Updating Course we can say that our Teachers can be also prevent the "Leakage" or "Cheating" inside the classes, because when they will know this New Techs how is it working then they will be able to determine who is the real intelligently active inside the classroom.

Might as well the University owners should provide the Modern Techs for Teaching.

Teachers taught us how to read , write, understand the meaning of each word,understand Math, science, history and  finally mould us how to be  good citizens . Technology won't  be of any good if we don't understand what exactly is the meaning of what we are reading in the digital world.  As the adage goes "Teaching is the profession that makes all other professions".  Write from the kinder garden till the completion of  studies it holds good ,even though we live in a modern technological world .
