It depends up on company standard and policies. from my experience starting salary for fresh graduates from 3000 -- 6000 AED. But all organizations needs gulf experienced candidates, so dont bother about the starting salary and benefits, gain some gulf experience, then the figures will goes double and triple

I didn't get any opportunity to face any interview by the employer. I had submitted in more than 50 sites online. I got mentally harass that after applying for almost more than 200 jobs on different apps I didn't get any single call for an interview. I walk in interview for a direct interview but there also, the interviewer asking for good experience in Dubai market or knowledge about Dubai. how one can know about the market of Dubai or one fresher can have experienced until he or she can not work somewhere in Dubai.
