I noticed that the companies furnishings in the Arabian Gulf is not based on experience in the field of furniture and do not depend on the employment of students academically, but not try to attract the owners of experiences and academically in this area, Salesman's for example, should be a good speaker and personality acceptable, Director of sales or marketing mostly is staffveterans in the company, regardless النظرعن degree of expertise and are they qualified academically .. note
YES

wa can be good in academy, but dont practice what we stady, what we learn is faaaar than what we meet at work,we use just20 %,we must see ,learn from people who have experience,ask....
many cv's are full of experience, but with a simple interview ,employer will detecte that the mind is umpty,in our time,we need a strong personality for work, that person who is able to accept to clean even he have a hight diploma,he will not clean really, but if he will be asked he musnt even think;that person who dont beleive that he know all, that having a hight academicaly note that mean he is the top,its just the begining, that person who know how to communicate with director and collegue and guest, who will respect everyone, and always have solution and reactions......how to convaince,a lot of thing we dont learn in academy
