Put yourself in a customers place and think how would you like to be treated.  Think what kind of service would you like to get.  Think what will make you happy and what will delight you.  THats the best way of understnading what you should do in order to provide the best customer service.  there is nothing you can say best customer service as there is always area to improve and excel and delight in more different ways.  customers will never ever ever be satisfied.  so its upto you to understand what peole need.  no books can teach uou this. it comes with experience and empathy.
