How to coach a dictatorial leader?

Dictatorial leader are often perfectionists and they use micromanagement to ensure things are done in the best way (which is regularly their way),  I am a big believer in pragmatic solutions and communications and its effect on decision making, get the job done in excellence and have evidence of success before starting a dialog with a dictatorial leader on a middle ground of delegation.
