i think the best online courses and certifications you can get from MIT , search the online courses and apply for it and pass the exam and get certificate from this university, you can find the courses also at coursera.com, or saylor.com

Brother I doubt there is anything like free certification on line or off line. For a good and valid Certification, you will have to get enrolled in some good institution in the area where you are.
