Do people in your country trust secondary education at private schools more than public schools?

I think except a few public schools private schools' education standards are very high compared to public as it is highly equipped with standard materials and expert staff to maintain their stndard as it will help them to further the growth of their institution. No doubt in India private schools are highly standardized than public schools. However, Indians top brains are from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) which is a public sector.
