It may sound irrelevant as I can not recommend any book but based on my personal experience, I did not need books to help me improve my secretarial ethics. Its more convenient to just use the internet (Google) to guide me and view endless samples and tutorials. But to be able to apply it in an actual secretarial job made me more improve my skills.

There is no particular book I can recommend to improve my secretarial Ethics. You have to know the company's rules/process and objectives to become an efficient employee.

Not only book reading the work ethics can be improved with experience and more over adjust with the policy of the company you working..

 

As a Junior Secretary I can improve my skills in Secretarial Works by having more experiences in the field of work to the organization.  I posses and intellectual attainment, moral discipline and technical maturity to enable to earn an honest way of living.
