To get more benefit, i prefer getting the projects directly from the end user, because working with subcontractor you'll get less benefits and more complications and wasting time

Depends in the project and end user, if I found that the subcontractor will add value to me in terms of experience and relation with the end user, I will definitely use subcontractor as he will help me to get the work.

i believe if i get the project through a party i will be considered the subcontractor.am i right?

the end user gave the work to the contractor, the contractor then subcontracted me to do the job?right?

as a rule getting anything from the source will always  be more profitable.third and second party's will need their cut, noone works for free.

Depend on the capabilities of executing the Job.
Preference is usually to get it directly for long term strategy but if you think you are not fully capable to deliver better than the expectations of the customer then better get it done by subcontract.
Focus should be quality of product and services for customer confidence.

First choice always end user, due to good profit margin.
But required good practical expertise on that type of project.

I always prefer pass through procurement

Suleman Khan
par Suleman Khan , CEO (Acting) , Federal Pipe Fittings LLC

It all depends on the type of project, the strength of your organisation & the strength of the sub-contractor in terms of delivering that project (manpower- technical assistance - service- feasibilty - Accountability etc)

If you can't get this project done without your subcontractors you may want to get it directly from end user otherwise it can cut you benefits.
If you can get this project done without your subcontractors then both options are acceptable
