Why would Microsoft office be a good tool to use in everyday life?

I used Microsoft Office tools from the begining (From the first DOS version) It has not been always a good tool. Many others competitors tools were very good. But the thing is that Microsoft did improve their fonctionnalities and adapt their tools to our daily needs.

The first thing I do after installing Windows is to install Microsoft Office
