By following below occurrence of frauds may get reduced in the office : 1. Train all the staff involved in the operations perfectly on the process. This prevents a junior staff entering into a fradulent deal unknowingly 2. Encouraging whistle blowers and warning the staff if they don't blow their whistles 3. In a timely manner sending communications to all the staff on the frauds already committed 4. Strengthening the internal audit team 5. Strengthening the Complaint box team. A team wherein any staff can call in and report against mal practices and probable occurrences of frauds 6. Periodical presentations, shows, thought provoking seminars to imbibe and strengthen values of the organization in the minds of staff
