The entire development was done in Aglie methodology and the user stories and tracking was totally maintained in JIRA. Extensively used the JIRA burn-down charts plus created the dashboards for the immediate updates of the issues for tracking, monitoring, control and delivery purposes. Also used the related graphic tools like the available in JIRA to find out the metrics related to the deliveries. The entire plan was split into quarterly business commit points and further divided into road-maps having various epics which in-turn had the user stories depicting the exact requirement for the business and technical requirements.
