Should we investigate any incident occurred ? when it allowed to not investigate the incident ?

Every accident, incident and near miss must be recorded and investigated to find out the root cause which will help us to determine the preventive measures and allow us to monitor the HSE performance. Even first aid treatment given to any employee is due to some incident happened and cause loss time, loss employee moral, less attention toward safety measures and indirect financial losses. Analysis of all happening would help determining more stringent measure.

Every incident must be investigated if not allowed by any country law for further investigation it must be transferred to concerned authority who can handle it.
