Which protocol is used for finding a problem between multiple devices?

I do'nt know about any kind of such a protocol, but I know that SNMP is used for monitoring and troobleshooting  a problem between multiple device is the NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR JOB.

I have never come through such kind of protocol. But for monitoring and troubleshooting of multiple devices IT Industry widely use a protocol named as SNMP , which basically used in monitoring tools.

finding Problem need to check logging tarps and events for the device involved . and make correlation between this events . SNMP as protocol and SIEM as appliance is one of the tools for this.
