What is the most effective way to secure a sales job in the Middle East? I live and work in Nigeria.

The most effective way is to research job market there are many online job markets, make an online CV and cover letter. Apply for jobs and be patient.

Applying online for a vacancies is the most common way.

Since you are a Relationship Manager with a construction company (Pazino Engineering and Construction Company) you must be looking for  SIMILAR JOB. 

Get references from your existing employer for similar companies in the Middle East.
