Is E-learning is useful to students? or is it wasting time on surfing? give your opinion.

Hi,

In this day and age where employees are extremely busy, eLearning is definitely the way forward. Companies can't afford to have their employees in classroom training sessions all day. Instead, self paced eLearning modules can really help. It is good for both, the employee as well as the employer. Good for the employee because he can take the courses at his own pace and good for the employers because it is a great cost effective solution. However, it obviously depends on the quality of the eLearning courses :)
