Technically a Manager is the on who Plan, Organize, Direct & Control work/people, while a Leader is the one who is a Manager but in a very different way, To get things done they influence, motivate & inspire people, they are porpogators of change, they develop connection with people with their vision.
In simple terms, Manager are more focused on the current work at hand, while Leaders sees the future (vision) & get the people motivated to run for achiving that furture
