this is a good question which i didn't had any information about, with some researches i found that International Competitive Bedding is directly related to projects funded by the World Bank's loan. The bedding documents consist of3 parts as follow:

Part1  bidding procedure:

- Instructions to bidders ITB

- Bidding data sheet BDS

- Evaluation and qualification criteria.

- Bidding forms.

- Eligible countries.

 

Part2 supply requirements:

- Schedule of requirements

 

Part3 contract:

- General conditions of contract GCC

- Special conditions of contract SCC

- Contract forms.
