How are they used to obey their labor law? Is there any labor law in where I applied?

Labor law's are the laws/Acts legislated for the purpose and benefit of employer's and employees/workmen. Obviously every workmen/employee entering into an agreement with the employer is suppose to be according the labour laws enforceable of that particular country is the broader application you can think of.  Thanks.
