What are main types of tendering procedures?

Open Tendering and selective (limited) tendering. Direct negotiation can be considered selective tendering depending on how it is being handled.

Also tendering can be consist of 1 or more stages. for example It may start as an open tendering where tenderers only submits their technical proposal and then successful tenderers will be invited to submit their commercial offers.

There are several type of tendering procedures :

1) LSTK( LumpSum Turn Key ) projects

2) EPC( Engineering, Procurement and Construction) projects

3) B& B( Buy and Built ) procedure

4) D& B( Design & Built) procedure

5) T& M ( Time and Materials)
