Will you hire a terminated employee in your company?

For me YES but it will depend upon the decision of the employer, but as an employer i have to look  the result of  the background investigation and the reason why he/she is being terminated.    

If the reason for termination of the employee is performance and rules and regulation issues then hiring will be effected.
