I would like to recommend udemy.com website. This website has many paid as well as free courses in German and you also get a certification of completion after you successfully finish the course after answering the quizes asked regularly during the course.

I have personally not used any German language learning online which is free and I am not aware of your German Language Skill level, so cannot recommend a website however I would like you to consider the following:

• Will these free online learning be useful to improve your proficiency?
• I recommend you to invest in a good online e learning subscription where your current German language proficiency is assessed and a personalized development plan determined for you to practice and learn
• Online learning will not be the only solution to learn or improve a language you need to implement your learning on the job or in personal life to learn and sustain
