What are the tools that must be handed in hand of sales man ?

Most likely, the person should be able to use a CRM Tool. e.g. Sales Force.  A proper database ( Search Engine like google, but also should know the keywords to be used to identify his needs) to identify his prospects. And now a days most important is to know how to use a Smartphone and various apps which will be very handy for his Job.
