A BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) origination is responsible/ accountable for performing or managing a process or service or department of another organization as per the contract. Organization is dong Outsourcing to save cost and increase high availability and trust worthiness to customer. Eg.  IT outsources (ITO).

Call center is function/ department of an organization which help customer by receiving calls and providing immediate solution (if possible) / response of the query. Call center can be a part of BPO. Now a day so many organizations outsource their call center.
