What are other useful languages to learn apart from English, to find translation jobs in European countries?

Arabic as it is rare in Europe and French is another useful language to learn, to find translation jobs in European countries.

When it comes to other languages to learn apart from English, to find translation jobs in Europe, Spanish would be my option.

I think the European countries with more investments & business relations in the middle east are the best to  learn its languages, such as German, French, Spanish ...etc.

I suppose this depends on the nature of a language and its functional strength that - supposedly is merrored in the use of a language in Europe or elsewhere. Thus, I can not advise which language shall be learnt besides English, because I lack the experience and knowledge to decide in that!
