As we used to work in the 80s with terminals, and then Personal Computers, now the Cloud service is the next generation for the Computer world. The users will no longer need to install softwares and in the near futur no longer a hard drive since every thing will be stored in the cloud.
POST - means after, POST-PC world, literally means after personal computers world.
