Discussion Groups?

Is there, mainly in Eastern Region of KSA (Dammam, Alahsa..) any professional "discussion groups" (Marketing, Sales, Management, HR, Logistic...etc etc) that, in real life have the habit to gather weekly to coohabitate and talk about several matters? 

I´m asking because I would like to join and learn more about the culture, habits, trends, management styles, etc etc of this people/country.
