As a staff,I'll tell her/him my name,from the company,and ask about their enquiry.if I'll be able to answer them,I will.if not,I will ask for their numbers and call them later to answer them.

If Yes, fine, If not will ask what time is suitable for him/her. If not interested in Product,  would thanks for this time and ask for any reference if he/she know whoever in their circle would be interested. Close with appreciation and thanks.
