How to answer the question "What are your strong and weak points" during an interview?

- mainly my weak point is i act naturally during interviews or in  any other situations

- my strong point is my same point of weekness " that i behave naturally, I dont try to over act or

 to fake my personality" I believe that if the job don't  match my identity, means it's not the right job for me, in other meaning i can do better results with people like me

There is no right and wrong with answer to this question. Talking about your strength should be based on how these skills will affect the job and how will it show in your work and a good example would be: Organised, detail oriented, positive, patient, calm under stress, always willing to learn.Knowing your weakness shows confidence, will to learn and ambition; a good example of weak points would be:handling rejection, public speaking, delegation, impatience.

Keeping in mind that these are best practices and  the answers should vary depending on the company and position applied for.
