Why is "Being Organized" not considered a top priority in aiming for a leading Organization?

Thanks for the invitation. It is more of a sure requirement rather assigning a priority value/level to it. Otherwise Innovative, creative, strategical way of doing things need to be prioritize in aiming for a leading organization. For implementing the respective strategies again need to doing things in a organized manner otherwise you cannot quantify the work appropriately. My2 cents. Thanks.
