I believe that mildly explaining company policies to the client is important. Do not flood the client with too much information.Maintain a smile on your face, keep the client calm at most times but also drive the conversation forwards towards the objective of a negotiation.

Politely & keeping smile on your face, make him/her understand that it is not possible. By stating its not our company policy or its not the part job.

One of the techniques can be to say its company policy. Or that the objection will be reviwed again. If its verbal, than make a new offering.
