How is the correct procedure ? For foreign workers who were employed in the UAE , to whom were paid for work permit and residence permit ?

I have several times received a job offer , a contract of employment has even sent via Email ( Bunduq Oil , BP Oil , Dubai Oil , Weir Oil , etc. ) but I am required to transfer some money to the cost of a residence permit and work permit fee . How is whether it really such a procedure?

You may ask or direct this matter to a legal counsel whose expertise is in line with labor laws for the UAE

If it is true that ( you are hired, and must take care of a residence permit and work permit ) . So naturally you are asked to come directly face to face with an immigration officer or the agency that helps take care of it (indicating that it is very serious ) . Is a very unnatural ( suspicious ) when dealing only with via email only ( perhaps it is a fraud )
