What is your personal opinion about " Job satisfaction" ?

Suitable conduct,enough salary, discipline.

aimer ce que nous faisons nous emmènes a la satisfaction, voir le chemin de notre carrière, se sentir protégé et nécessaire pour le développement de la société sont des facteurs de cette satisfaction

Job satisfaction to me would mean that I am enjoying what I am doing, that I feel in control, that I feel I am achieving at something, challenged, treated fairly/fair pay, and get feedback when I need it.  Oh, and also that I feel a part of the organization in a way that motivates me to work for the company as a whole not just as an individual employee working alone. 

It is an individual satisfaction coherence to condition and situation,satisfaction can be define in webster dictionary but it has a broad meaning when it comes to personal matter due to no standardized personal reason..
