Keeping customer is vital in the business . Maintaining a big score in CSI is one of the keys to the continuous success of an organization. Below are some of the strategies we can use to increase after sales CSI score.

"Customer is always right" cliche but true. We have to treat them as if they are our boss.
Focus in measuring customer satisfaction.
Set customer expectations early.
Learn how to do a survey to customer the right way.
