Events are just like any other service or commodity, customers have expectattions and feel satisfied, maybe even excited about a well planned and excecuted event. One might say that it's all in the planning, another might say that it's all in the execution, and still another might say that it's all in the marketing and anticipation. What would you say matters the most?
Flawless event execution is the result of strong planning and preparation though managing time effectively.
Top pointers include;
1) ensuring that my team is fully briefed in the planing stages of the event to ensure that collectively, w re all on the same page.
2) ensuring that all facets of the event have been covered prior to the execution of the event. This includes the operational logistics, stakeholder management and budgets
3) ensuring that your team are cross-trained and understand their other team members role. This is always the preventative insurance for the event execution should something arise - nine in your team will be able to perform.
