If a human is very sensitive in nature how he can ignore any action which hurt him and he lost his satisfaction?

In Islam it is mentioned that if you find a mundane grief, remember your death, it will reduce your pain. So, when one gets hurt due to his hypersensitivity, he should remember that life is a temporary shelter and everything here is mortal; one has to prepare for the permanent abode[the world hereafter].
