Carrot or stick? Which method is the best for program management of huge team?

High salaries, Bonuses and benefits attract employees to both hard work as well as pleasure. Punishment like low increments, deductions, no promotions can on one hand force staff to work hard but on the other hand increase discouragement. Which way is a better choice?

استخدام اسلوب الجزرة  أو العصاء اسلوب خاطيء  والافضل منه  هو استخدام اسلوب الثواب والعقاب  اما  اسلوب الجزرة أو العصاء لا يستخدم الا  في الادارات  التي تكون نظرتها  للعامل  دون المستوى الأنساني.
