To increase your rank first you have to do following things:

1. Add skills in your profile (ASP.NET, MVC, and whatever you have)

2. Ask questions to others so when your questions will be answered you rank will increase

3. By answering someone's question and then if your answer is voted up your rank will increase

MVC future is quite bright and will be remain atleast for few years

With the dawn of .NET in ( drum-beat, please), I would believe that the future of ASP.NET MVC is a great one. Let me explain. When WebForms was released with ASP.NET, you could develop web sites with C# or VB.NET...it was still ASP.NET.With ASP.NET MVC released8 years ago, you still have a choice building websites with WebForms or MVC. The point here is you can still code with C# or VB.NET. It's just a different way of building web sites.I have to say that Microsoft has always been my bread and butter since Classic ASP and I transitioned to WebForms, but when ASP.NET MVC came onto the scene8 years ago, I dropped WebForms like a bad habit. So while some may think MVC is a little heavier, I believe Microsoft relinquished their hold on proprietary web technology (like ViewState) and focused on getting back to the way the web was originally intended: a stateless machine with open technologies. Regarding your question, what is the future of ASP.NET MVC developers? I don't think it matters. When the next technology comes along, Microsoft developers will move from MVC to the next new framework...and it will utilize C# or VB .NET. I think that the future for Microsoft developers (and not just ASP.NET MVC developers) is indeed a bright one.Hope this helped.
