Can you forecast the middle east market when the embargo on Iran is lifted?

Iran is an untouched market with huge potentials. The Iranian consumers are well-spenders which can attract a lot of multi-national companies to be established in various cities. I would say, we should look into Iran as a Market that can develop the Middle-east rather than pulling all the potentials towards it.
