Duration of work in a company depends on satisfaction. Do you think that one should stay for several years (10, 15, 20 or more Yr) in one company?

Yes, to a certain extent job satisfaction and initial learning experience is important. However human wants are insatiable and change with time.

In my personal views, with the fast changing working culture in the companies; one should not stay in one company for more than3 to5 years. There will be several benefits of hoping from one organisation to another.
