Is anyone aware of a technology with which we can see current location of ice cream freezers placed in the market?

If you want to be able to see them on a map, from your office for example, than you need a simple GIS system with some GPS trackers attached to the freezers. It is a common thing to have such applications for fleet management - see GPS fleet tracking systems for more info.
