How do you describe a Team Leader in one word?

In my opinion a team leader is a Coach.

A leader is one who achieve goals with provision of equal opportunity to the team.

Leading People from front, aspiring, inspiring, coach, mentor, big brother, trainer. 

Team leader is the person who leads other with respect, a good communicator, who deliver correct information to let others perform what they do accurately, and building up great motivations. 

according to me team leader is "Owner"

One word to describes a team Leader is a "Mentor" to each and every one in the group.

One who is passioante about what he or she is doing and can get others around to be equally passioante !
