What's the difference between Autocad Draftsman and Autocad Operator?

AutoCAD Draftsman has his own technical knowledge of drafting and detailing using AutoCAD or Manual. Also he studied about drafting technical drawing. He will not just study "how to draw something in auto cad" also he will study about

Engineering mathematics.

Geometry & mechanical drawings.

Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Fundamentals.

Building Construction.

Engineering Serving and materials

Builders Quantity... etc.

But,

AutoCAD operator means he know how to draw something using AutoCAD. 

AutoCAD draftsman have technical knowledge in the relevant field,so he can easily understand and easily deliver things what Client or design engineer actually needs.draftsman can even perform designing without the help of design engineers, while CAD operators have the knowledge only about Autocad software, so some of the technical words may be difficult to the autocad operators at the beginning.

AutoCAD Draftsman can able design all drawing with Predetermined design specification In some cases, drafters coordinate with builders to establish requirements and understand design concepts. When deficiencies occur, drafters revise designs to eliminate problems. Entry-level drafters work under the direction of supervisors.

AutoCAD Draftsman can able design all drawing with Predetermined design specification without the help of Design engineer whereas, an autoCAD operator can be able modify and edit the rawing as per the instruction of the Design Engineer.
