Do you conduct safety walk in the facility?

A safety walk, at least once a week, is essential to observe the facility situation and to prepare a small note for action. The action points are to be forwarded to the concerned staff members. The Manager shall take leadership role  to initiate necessary action quickly. In the following week, the manager shall observe the situation again and provide necessary feedback to the concerned Staff Member(s).
