1) Add another benefit to the existing product and then price it

2) Package it / Brand it - Give it a feeling that it is new and refreshed. Inform to existing subs that the product is2x for New subs and only x for the existing subs

Free product offer for certain period including some benefits/fasalities and try to catch regular customers and go ahead for price determind ,must be attached with you whose are your regular customers and attacked to new customers.
