Why there is always experience required for every job? why don't you hire Fresh Degree holders? isn't it a negativity for us??
Experience is defined as the accumulation of knowledge or skill that results from direct participation in events or activities. This is a direct dictionary definition. Hiring someone for a job is dependent on various factors, I.E. experience and or qualification and job requirement.
For many, a university degree is not an option due to financial constraints. I was a victim of this.
Subsequently, I work even harder to get results and show my worth.
a Qualification is mandatory is some fields of work and not so much in others.
If you want immediate results, hire based on experience. If you are prepared to groom the candidate into what the position requires, hire based on qualification.
