Do you think that planning kills creativity?

Creative planning can help make a monotonous job more interesting.  Usually planning ensures a job is decided to be done in a predetermined manner within specified timelines, budgets, etc. but creative planning can include trying to do certain activities in new ways, differently, and allowing for experimentation along the way.  However, there are many limitations as this may not be possible in many areas where strict procedures and processes need to be followed.

No Contrary to the statement planning adds to creativity. 

I agree with the statement "Planning Kill creativity" because Most of the successful organizations are the result of someone's innovative vision rather than the result of formal planning which is based on thorough analysis that can kill creativity and innovation.

 

Creativity increase the productivity and performance in any domain which is inclusive of Planning.

No. Creativity is something that seeps through one's creation, subconsciously. Creativeness is a state that forms one's planning. A natural creative doesn't force creativity, it is something that occurs fluently. Creativity occurs naturally alongside planning.

Sometimes it is true but planning is often necessary to achieve optimal performance, since planning requires you to achieve certain goals at a certain time which leads you to creativity to achieve it

Planning and creativity are interlinked as creativity is with planning. to put creativity in real shape you need to plan it first and then show your creativity

Not really. Plan is a roadmap to reach a destination. Creativity helps to find the shortest route to complete the journey
