We should give preference to customer service. Without satisfying customers and fulfilling their needs we can't build customer relation. Customer services are also important for customer retention and if we provide better customer services we can successfully handle customer relation department.

1st we need to give preference for customer relation.Without a customer relation,we acnt make a trust feeling towards us.Through customer relation,we can serve him better.Also he will give a full freedom to interact
