Why we used epoxy coal-tar for waste water structure ?

 in waste water structure the most preferable kind of water proofing from out side is bituminous membrane and from inside cementious  material and after this epoxy materials because its specifications non toxic ,  cleaning , less porosity and its ability to close cracks and keep concrete in good condition
